Return Policy

At AfterLight, we strive to provide high-quality products and a great customer experience. Due to the nature of consumable goods, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@afterlightrecovery.co with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll review the situation and work to make it right where appropriate.

To be eligible for consideration:


  • Products must be unopened and unused

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to deny refund or replacement requests that do not meet these conditions.

AfterLight is not responsible for:


  • Delayed shipping caused by carriers

  • Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

  • Minor packaging variations or cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product quality

DOES AFTERLIGHT HELP WITH HANGOVERS?

AfterLight was designed to help support hydration, recovery, and overall wellness after alcohol consumption. While no product can completely prevent a hangover, AfterLight is formulated with functional ingredients, electrolytes, antioxidants, and vitamins commonly used to help reduce some of the negative effects associated with drinking alcohol.

Alcohol can contribute to dehydration, electrolyte imbalance, fatigue, and next-day sluggishness. AfterLight was created to support the body before bed and again the next morning with targeted hydration and recovery-focused ingredients designed to help you feel more refreshed and ready for the day ahead.

For best results, we recommend:


  • Taking Midnight Berry before bed or after drinking

  • Taking AfterLight AM the following morning

  • Staying hydrated and drinking responsibly

AfterLight does not prevent intoxication or alcohol poisoning and should always be used alongside responsible alcohol consumption.
Maximize your recovery

For the best AfterLight experience, we recommend using both formulas as part of your night-out and morning recovery routine.

STEP 1 — BEFORE DRINKING

Mix 1 stick pack of AfterLight Midnight Berry with 16 oz of water before consuming alcohol to help support hydration and recovery from the start.

STEP 2 — BEFORE BED

After your night out, mix another stick pack of Midnight Berry with 16 oz of water before bed to continue supporting hydration and next-day recovery.

STEP 3 — THE MORNING AFTER

The next morning, mix 1 stick pack of AfterLight AM – Tropical Sunrise with 16 oz of water to help rehydrate, reset, and support energy for the day ahead.

PRO TIP

For the best taste experience, mix your AfterLight fully first, then add ice for a colder, more refreshing drink.
When will my order be shipped?

At AfterLight, we work hard to get your order out quickly so it’s ready whenever you need it.

We guarantee that all orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of being placed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:


  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day

  • Shipping carrier delivery times may vary depending on location

  • During high-volume launches or promotions, slight delays may occasionally occur
